4. Recipients of personal data

  • The staff of OC SPORT SUISSE;

  • The timekeeping service provider and bib printer;

  • The photo/video provider;

  • The registration management service provider (Njuko);

  • The Swiss Athletics Federation;

  • The email sending service provider;

  • Our business and advertising partners (if you have consented);

  • Social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

The use of social media buttons such as “Connect via…” or “Share…” results in the collection of personal data by the social networks concerned. OC SPORT SUISSE cannot be held responsible for the processing of your data carried out by these third-party social networks.

5. Security and transfer of personal data

In accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, OC SPORT SUISSE and its subcontractors undertake to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security adapted to the risk, including, among other things, as required:
